2. O'level Result/Certificate and Olevel verification slip [Candidates with results from 2014 below are to produce the original certificate]
3. UTME (JAMB) Result print out.
4. Post UTME Screening print out.
5. Testimonial from Secondary School.
6. Jamb Admission Letter.
7. Acceptance Fee Receipt.
8. Payment History Print Out.
9.Two (2) Reference Letters signed with stamp/seal from any two of:Imam/Pastor, Senior Civil Servant not below Grade Level 12, Lawyer or Principal of your former Secondary School.
10. Birth Certificate from National Population Commission, Local Government and Hospital.
OND PART-TIME
1. O'level Result [Candidates with results from 2014 below are to produce the original certificate].
2. Secondary School Testimonial
3. Two (2) Reference Letters signed with stamp/seal from any two of:Imam/Pastor, Senior Civil Servant not below Grade Level 12, Lawyer or Principal of your former Secondary School.
4. O'level Verification slip
5. Birth Certificate from National Population Commission, Local Government and Hospital.
HND FULL TIME & PART-TIME
1. O'level Result [Candidates with results from 2014 below are to produce the original certificate].and O'level Verification slip

4. I.T Letter
5. Jamb Admission Letter/Jamb Regularization Receipt
6. Two (2) Reference Letters signed with stamp/seal from any two of:Imam/Pastor, Senior Civil Servant not below Grade Level 12, Lawyer or Principal of your former Secondary School.
7. Birth Certificate from National Population Commission, Local Government and Hospital.
8. Transcript Receipt.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YABATECH DOES NOT REQUIRE CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN.
YABATECH ALSO DOES NOT ACCEPT DECLARATION OF AGE CERTIFICATE OR AFFIDAVIT FOR BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
