BREAKING: The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has finally called off it's strike conditionally

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU has finally called off its eight month old strike which started in the month of February 2022, SCHOOLS UPDATE authoritatively confirmed this information.

Though the university union is yet to make an official pronouncement, our correspondent at SCHOOLS UPDATE gathered that the decision was taken at the end of the National Executive Council meeting which was held over this night at the ASUU secretariat in Abuja.

Speaking with our correspondent, a highly informed source within the NEC said, “Yes, it has been called off”.
