 Camp Requirements For NYSC CAMP Registration (Compulsory)

1️⃣ Final year School ID card or School Certificate. 

2️⃣ Statement of result/ Notificationof results/ School Certificate (B. SC or HND, ND RESULT)

3️⃣ NYSC Call-up letter (You’ll print it on your dashboard)

4️⃣ NYSC Green card (You’ll print it on your dashboard)

5️⃣ Addendum Slip (You’ll print it on your dashboard) 

6️⃣ Recent passport photograph with white background (6 copies at least)

7️⃣ Medical Fitness (not more than 3months validity) 

8️⃣ NIN slip or Plastic card

9️⃣ IT Certificate (HND Graduates only)

🔟 Professional Permanent License (For University Graduates/Medical PCMs)

1️⃣1️⃣ Nerd Clearance Slip

NOTE:

👉 Married Woman: Also include all documents you uploaded online (Domicile letter, Newspaper, Marriage Cert, utility bill )

👉 Foreign Trained Graduate: Also include all documents you uploaded online.
