This is to inform the general public that the NYSC now has new reforms
•A civilian will now lead NYSC
NYSC will have a new uniform
•Camp will now be 6 weeks no longer 21 days
•Call- up process will become fully digital
•Corps members will not be assigned to places with security issues
•The orientation camp programme will place more focus on leadership, entrepreneurship, digital skills, and career development
•No more random PPAs. PPA posting will be focused on workplaces that match your course of study and career goals
•A civilian will now lead NYSC
•No more military parades or Man O War drills
•Orientation camps will be renovated
•No more POP, it's now graduation ceremony.
NT: The government will amend the NYSC Act to give legal backing to these reforms.*
